Dr. Husain Ali Khan

Dr. Khan is one of the few surgeons in Georgia who is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. 

Dr. Khan graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1995. He went on to complete medical school at the University of Miami, followed by advanced training in General Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  During the later years of his residency, his primary focus shifted to General Plastic and Facial Plastic Surgery. 

In 2002, Dr. Khan joined a private practice in Atlanta, Georgia. From 2007 to 2009, he was part of the founding surgical team at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in Dubai, helping to launch its surgical services. He continues to maintain an international following.

In 2011, Dr. Khan completed an accredited fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery under the mentorship of Dr. Angelo Cuzalina, Past President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. During his fellowship, he performed over 1,400 major surgical cases and more than 500 minor and non-surgical procedures.

Dr. Khan has served as Chairman for several international meetings and has lectured globally on a wide range of cosmetic surgery topics, including:

• Rhinoplasty
• Face and Brow Lifting
• Breast Augmentation (with and without lifting)
• Abdominoplasty
• Liposuction
• Gluteal Augmentation
• Fat Grafting

He has co-edited two surgical textbooks, authored several book chapters in Cosmetic Surgery, and served as faculty in live surgery workshops.

Dr. Khan has also formed a partnership with Aesthetics International in Dubai, offering patients the option to receive surgical care in an international setting.

Most recently, Dr. Khan completed a Master’s Degree in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
