Deborah Moore

Deborah Moore, RN, BSN, MBA, is a nationally recognized expert in healthcare administration and one of the country’s most experienced nurses in aesthetic patient care. She is the only female in the U.S. to have launched and sold an ambulatory surgery center for over $10 million. She was also instrumental in the successful launch of Buckhead’s Laser Center of America.

Building on that extensive experience, Ms. Moore went on to become Director of the top outpatient surgical center in North Georgia. As the Founder and CEO of Advanced Surgery Center of Georgia, she built a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center from the ground up—achieving $2 million in net profits within five years. During that time, she also spoke extensively throughout the community and provided both on-site and preceptor training to physicians and nurses across the region.

Ms. Moore has participated in ongoing FDA trials for Accent radio frequency skin tightening and body contouring technologies. She holds certifications in various laser therapies, including Vasculite, IPL, Harmony, LightSheer, Relume, and ClearLight systems. In addition to being trained in sclerotherapy, she offers facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, and has in-depth expertise in advanced skincare techniques and products.

She received her nursing diploma from Piedmont Hospital School of Nursing and earned her BSN from Georgia State University. Her clinical background is rooted in cardiac and surgical nursing.

Ms. Moore previously served as Vice President of Surgical Services for Hospital Corporation of America. She has recently joined Wellstar Health System, where she now serves as Director of Surgical Services.
